ReplyDeleteWay before I was ever vegan, I had a boyfriend who was, so I got into vegan baking as a result. And I learned it's super easy to make dessert that tastes "normal", which surprised me! And I said pretty much the same thing, "I could happily eat vegan baking forever". :)
I agree. I think it's more a matter of buying up on all of the slightly harder-to-find ingredients.
